Terms + Conditions

By Registering as a vendor for the stream-tacular 2025 event,

you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor Participation: Vendor agrees to exhibit or present at the STREAM-TACULAR event on the date and at the location listed above. Vendor setup times, parking, and table assignments will be provided prior to the event. Vendor is responsible for bringing all materials, equipment, and display items needed for their space unless otherwise arranged.

2. Table Fee and Refund Policy: A $50 vendor contribution is requested to help cover event expenses. This contribution is non-refundable, as funds are used immediately for event costs such as venue, permits, and materials. Vendors who are unable to attend after payment are encouraged to notify the organizers as early as possible. Vendor spaces are transferable upon written approval from HomeschoolingTheHood.org prior to the event.

3. Liability and Indemnification: Vendor assumes full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during participation in the event. HomeschoolingTheHood.org, The Fern LA, and all event partners, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained by vendors, guests, or staff. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomeschoolingTheHood.org, its officers, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to Vendor’s participation in the event.

4. Photo, Video, and Media Release: By attending and participating, Vendor grants HomeschoolingTheHood.org and its media partners the unrestricted right to capture, use, and publish photographs, video, and audio recordings that include Vendor’s likeness, booth, and materials for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, without compensation. Vendor waives any rights of inspection or approval of the final materials in which their likeness appears.

5. Conduct and Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as venue rules. No hazardous materials, open flames, or illegal products are permitted. Vendors are expected to maintain a positive, family-friendly presentation and respectful interactions with all attendees

6. Cancellation: HomeschoolingTheHood.org shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., severe weather, public emergencies, venue closures, or government restrictions). In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule the event or provide an alternate opportunity for vendor participation.

7. Agreement: By submitting the vendor registration form, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above.
